At VB Raw Hair we are committed to getting your hair to you quickly and safely. Here is how shipping works.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days (not including weekends and UK bank holidays) after payment is received. When your order ships, we email you a confirmation with tracking where available. Processing can take a little longer during sales and holiday periods.

Shipping rates

United Kingdom

UK Standard: £4.99, delivered in 1–5 working days after dispatch.

Free UK Standard delivery on orders of £150 or more.

Faster delivery: for quicker or next-day delivery, choose a courier option at checkout (Royal Mail Tracked 24, DPD Next Day and more). The price is shown at checkout.

Europe

Free delivery on orders of £400 or more.

Under £400, standard delivery is £12, or choose a courier option at checkout.

Rest of the world (including the United States)

Free delivery on orders of £500 or more.

Under £500, standard delivery is £25, or choose a courier option at checkout.

The exact delivery cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery times

UK: usually 1–5 working days after dispatch, or faster with a next-day courier option.

International: usually 5–10 working days after dispatch.

International deliveries can take longer because of customs checks or courier delays outside our control.

Customs, duties and taxes

For orders outside the UK, any customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by your country are paid by you. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Incorrect address or failed delivery

Please check your delivery address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address you provided, and extra shipping charges may apply to send an order again.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your order seems delayed or lost, email us at violetblumecustomerservice@gmail.com as soon as possible and we will help you track it down with the courier.
