Is your hair 100% human hair?
Yes. We offer premium raw hair and virgin human hair extensions made from 100% human hair. Our hair contains no synthetic fibres and can be coloured, curled and straightened with proper care.
What's the difference between raw hair and virgin hair?
Raw hair is completely unprocessed, while virgin hair may have undergone minimal processing, such as steam texturing. Both are high-quality human hair, but raw hair generally offers the longest lifespan and the most natural texture.
How many bundles do I need?
For most installs we recommend:
- 2 bundles for a natural look (shorter lengths)
- 3 bundles for a full install
- 4 bundles for lengths over 24 inches or for extra fullness
How long does the hair last?
With proper care:
- Raw human hair can last 3 years or more.
- Virgin human hair can last 12–24 months.
Can I colour or bleach the hair?
Yes. Our human hair can be coloured by a professional. We recommend consulting an experienced colourist, especially for lighter shades, to help maintain the quality of the hair.
Can I use heat on the hair?
Yes. Our hair can be curled, straightened and styled. Always use a heat protectant and avoid excessive heat to help preserve the hair's quality.
How should I wash my hair extensions?

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We offer worldwide shipping. Delivery times vary depending on your location, and tracking details are provided once your order has been dispatched.
Can I return my order?
