Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment has been successfully received. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Please note that processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, promotions, or holidays.

Shipping Rates

United Kingdom

  • Free standard shipping on all UK orders

International Shipping

  • £10 flat-rate shipping on international orders

  • Free international shipping on orders over £600

Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

  • UK Orders: In stock orders are typically delivered within 2–5 business days after dispatch

  • International Orders: In stock orders are typically delivered within 5–10 business days after dispatch

Please note that international delivery times may vary due to customs processing or carrier delays beyond our control.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be charged by their local customs authority. VB Raw Hair is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. VB Raw Hair is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order appears delayed or lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you. While we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, we will do our best to support you.
